摘要：
This paper analyzed the research present condition of the relationship between business and environment, interpreted the business environment, analyzes the company's internal and external environment; from the view of system entropy theory, enterprise can be considered as a dissipated structural system, we can use the enterprise system entropy theory to describe this system. Based on this, the relationship between the enterprise and the environment were analyzed.
