摘要
Transnational merger and acquisition (M&A) is very important for companies' international development. However, a great number of cultural differences between each company give rise to great challenges and difficulties for enterprises' overseas improvement. Enterprises need to make use of all kinds of effective measures to integrate different culture after M&A, thus to ensure the success rate of transnational M&A. This paper will mainly introduce the reasons for M&A, cultural conflict and some measures for effective cultural integration.
