摘要
Recent years with the increasing tendency of M&A, the issue of M&A became more important than ever, but the consequence of it is not satisfying, such as the unsuccessful M&A cases of Chinese flagship companies, Lenovo and TCL. The underperformance of M&A lies in the lack of execution ability and the disability to relieve the cultural conflict. Through case study and theoretical reasoning this paper wants to establish a process with executive ability of cultural integration from pre-M&A to post-M&A, based on pre-M&A to post-M&A, and the Lewin's organizational change of unfreezing-changing-refreezing.
