摘要
With the rapid development of the economy of China, more and more enterprise choose to go abroad and compete in the international market. However, the Multi-national corporations confront with many cultural conflicts in the world. This even have a great effect on the strategies and the performance of Multi-national corporations. This paper takes Hai er company as a case based on this problem. Meanwhile, according to the cross cultural conflict, the author puts forward some suggestions to the Multi-national corporations.
