Research About the Development Environment of Strategic Emerging Industries Based in Dalian

The emerging industry is a key industry of China following the global financial crisis to achieve the transformation of economic development mode and adjust the economic structure. Dalian, as one of the important cities in Northeast of China, the primary approach to promote industrial restructuring and accelerate economic fundamental changes is that vigorously develop strategic emerging industries, which is contribute to the city development gradually embarked the track of innovation-driven and endogenous growth. At present, China's strategic emerging industries are in the infancy of its development and subjected to complex factors. In this paper, we will analyze the influencing factors of emerging industries and provide a reference for the development of new industries in Dalian.
