摘要：

This paper firstly analyzes the significance and current situation of strategically emerging industries in Jiaxing. Then it addresses several key issues to be resolved in the development of strategically emerging industries in Jiaxing, such us strategic choice in emerging industries, development path, supporting elements, affiliated industries, innovative routines, protection of intellectual property rights, etc.
