摘要：

With global economic integration, especially the swift development of the information technology, more and more enterprises through informationization construction to improve the level of enterprises production and management, to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises, and to improve the whole benefits of enterprises. This paper tries to carry out further investigation on enterprise informationization with the system theory.
