Application of The Theory of Constraints Instrument in The Enterprise Distribution System

The current era of globalization is characterized by a growing dynamic change in all areas of social and economic life. In the ever growing competition is necessary to address the manager to achieve higher performance and efficiency, thereby creating conditions for not only current but also for future competitiveness. Theory of constraints is a comprehensive managerial philosophy, which offers a new approach to the management and continuous improve of the operations in the company; it is a method for the performance increasing and better efficiency. The article discusses the possibility of applying TOC instrument in the distribution systems. Problem solution asks the analysis of the distribution system elements ( inventories, planning of sale, the suppliers reliability) and evaluation of major shortcomings in this area. Based on analysis is possible to apply the specific steps of the Theory of Constraints tool. Application procedure leads to the distribution solution of the TOC.
