摘要：
The combination of complexity science and management is becoming a new intersection subject academic research field. The theory of complexity science management will bring a new conception and thinking mode to the theroy and practice of economy and management. There are different perspectives to the issue of regional innovation capability construction, with the combination of the enlightenment of complexity science management thought and regional innovation practice, in this article we will do some active discussion on the issue of regional innovation capability construction from the perspective of complexity science management,including using its core ideas in the analysis of regional innovation capability construction.
