摘要
The article cites the data from "Chinese Yearbook" and tries to establish the Hedonic Model of the price of real estate in Changchun city by using Hedonic theory based on development of real estate and the influential price factor, it views the applied future of Hedonic Model by comparing with traditional price analyze In the end, it analysis the economic signification from different aspects and takes the applicable advice in detail at the same time.
