摘要：
The real estate industry has been a hot issue of domestic and foreign scholars. In this paper, we studied the theoretical relationship between the real estate and the bubble economy and use the empirical analysis method to, explore the real estate market in Wuhan, based on data from 2000 to 2009. After defining and analyzing the Wuhan City real estate bubble, we find that the Wuhan City real estate market may be the existence of the bubble. Finally, this paper proposals some policy recommendations based on the analysis results.
