摘要：
R&D work is full of stress. The effect of stress on R&D creativity is an emerging research issue. In this paper, we proposed that stress could influence creativity through individual's positive and negative mood. An empirical study based on 503 R&D employees showed that stress influenced the creativity negatively, both positive mood and negative mood had a significant positive effect on creativity and mood state had a partial mediating impact on the relationship between stress and creativity.
