摘要
In this paper I argue that teaching internet and computer ethics requires an approach that focuses primarily on the different social, economic, and cultural roles of the internet, and on the effects of new information technology on our understanding of important concepts like privacy, property, and justice. Particular issues, I believe, can best he addressed in the context of this discussion.
