摘要
The commercial value of the fern Adiantum capillus-veneris L., encouraged to develop a micropropagation protocol; evaluating spore germination in three concentrations of sucrose (1.5, 3 and 4.5% m/v), the multiplication of sporophytes in 25 and 100% of (NH4)NO3 with 0 and 4.4 mu M 6 benzylaminopurine; also three culture systems were evaluated: gelled medium, liquid and temporary immersion (TI). Acclimatization was evaluated in the vermicompost (0, 5 and 10% v/v) in the substrate. 80.6% of spores germinated with 1.5% sucrose, followed by multiplication in 25% (NH4)NO3 with 9.51 g of fresh biomass, increasing to 10.71 g in TIS. All ferns acclimated with 5 and 10% of the vermicompost.
