摘要：
The paper summarizes the adoption of research-based strategies on the formative assessment of English presentation skills at University of Creative Communication. The strategies, methods and techniques used in an EAP seminar offer instructors a practical means for developing students' skills and prospective self-regulation in in field of ESL acquisition.
