摘要
A growing periphery area, population, poverty and contrasts characterizes the metropolis of today. Conventional transport networks, supported by major infrastructure and volumes, not enough to give national coverage. Are not economically feasible to require density, and scalar inadequate to respond to logical interns (macro or regional). How to articulate a reunion between the mobility (and its support, transport) and the current planning?. How to interpret the planning of infrastructure and transport services?. How to structure social and territorial cohesion policies in transport links with other sectoral policies?. The paper provides theoretical foundations - innovative methodologies to study mobility, and empirical evidence resulting from its application. Shows the Geography of Access and the (dis) connections established transverse mobility between transport policies and public health in the outskirts of Buenos Aires.
