摘要：
The article studies the influence of contemporary dominating concept of creativity upon the practice of stimulating the creative work of personnel. The role of internal motivation in stimulation of the employee 's creativity is analyzed. The personnel motivation concept for the jobs with high level of creativity is suggested basing on the results of their competences' analysis.
