摘要：
Die transorale Lasermikrochirurgie (TLM) zur Behandlung fortgeschrittener Larynxkarzinome ist ein etabliertes Verfahren. Die endoskopische Resektion von Knorpel in Abhangigkeit von der Ausdehnung des Tumors ist eine technische Herausforderung. Nicht zuletzt stellt sich die Frage nach der onkologischen Sicherheit. HNO-Chirurgen der Universitat von Louisiana haben uber ihre Erfahrungen mit der TLM-Technik berichtet.
