摘要
Besides of conventional clinical and preclinical research and the mutual translation thereof, 'Computational Psychiatry' has emerged as an innovative novel research strategy in recent years. Its goal is to establish a scientific framework to integrate multidimensional molecular, cellular and systemic as well as psychological and social factors using advanced mathematical models. Computational approaches promise progress in the etiological and pathophysiological understanding of psychiatric disorders and, as a consequence, the formation of evidence based diagnostic classification systems which finally consider the dimensional nature of psychiatric disorders and, thus, can set the basis for personalized therapies.
