摘要
. Characteristic tourism is a key part in the development of high-quality Guangxi tourism. Tourists' perceptions and attitudes play a dominant role in the sustainable development of the characteristic tourism. Therefore, the analysis of tourists' satisfaction in Guangxi characteristic counties is of great practical significance and a theoretical problem. Based on the relevant literature and the actual situation, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of Guangxi characteristic tourism tourists' satisfaction by applying IPA-Fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method to evaluate the satisfaction of the tourists. An attempt is made to conceptualize an empirical model between the tourism influencing factors and the degree of satisfaction of tourists. It qualitatively analyzes the effect of judging the satisfaction level of tourists' participation to find out the main influencing factors affecting the featured tourism. The empirical results show that the passengers are satisfied with the special tourism scenic area environment quality but are unhappy with the urban construction and management system indicating that the characteristic of Guangxi tourism development in many ways still needs to be improved.
