摘要
This study aims to identify factors of organizational justice affecting the leader-member exchange at tourism enterprises in the Mekong River Delta (MD) region. Combining qualitative and quantitative research methods, the authors surveyed 249 respondents who are employees working at tourism enterprises in the MD region. The research results showed 4 factors of organizational justice affecting the leader-member exchange, including (1) Distributive Justice; (2) Procedural Justice; (3) Interpersonal Justice; (4) Informational Justice. From these findings, the authors proposed some managerial implications for organizational justice to improve the leader-employee engagement at the tourism enterprises in the MD region.
