摘要：
Das kolorektale Karzinom ist eine haufige Todesursache. In Deutschland werden Fruherkennungsma ss nahmen ab 50 Jahren empfohlen. Bei familiarer Vorbelastung ist das Risiko ebenfalls ein kolorektales Karzinom zu entwickeln erhoht. Das Programm FARKOR mochte testen, ob bei dieser Personengruppe (ohne besondere Vorerkrankungen) eine Fruherkennung zwischen 25 und 50 Jahre sinnvoll ist. Die Studie berichtet uber Machbarkeit, Wirksamkeit und Sicherheit.
