摘要
An electrolyzer is a device which is used to produce hydrogen. This device requires a low voltage to operate. One way to reduce DC voltage is utilizing a two-input three-level buck converter. The challenge in controlling this type of converter is that sometimes the generated duty cycle located outside the interval between zero and one. Therefore, identifying the commandable areas for proper use of these converters is essential. In this article, by using the rules governing this converter and state equations, the commandable areas of the converter and its four switches have been identified by simulations results.
