ANALYSIS OF TRAVELER SATISFACTION IN THE TOURIST TRANSPORTATION SERVICE IN ECUADOR

摘要
The provision of tourist transportation services has gained importance in the context of tourism as a means of satisfying visitors' needs and ensuring a positive travel experience. The present study aims to investigate and analyze the expectations that travelers have regarding tourist transportation services. To achieve this objective, a cross-sectional quantitative paradigm research of the non-experimental variety was conducted in 2022. 250 tourists who had used tourist transportation services in Ecuador made up the sample, and were selected using a simple random sample selection method. Information was collected through questionnaires that were created especially for this study. It is crucial to note that these findings are in line with previous studies conducted in other tourism contexts. Furthermore, these findings may be useful in the planning and management of tourist transport services elsewhere.
