摘要：
The Industrial Pole of Manaus (PIM) is an important production center for several industries, including the automobile industry. However, transport logistics in thenorthern region of Brazil presents challenges that affect the performance of companies installed there. This article aims to analyze the logistical obstacles faced by an automobile company in the PIM, identifying their causes and impacts on the company's operations. For this, a qualitative study was carried out that included the analysis of logistic performance data with company documents, articles and data from SUFRAMA. The results indicate that thelack of adequate infrastructure, the complexity of transport in the region and the lack of planning are some of the main obstacles faced by the company located in the PIM.
