摘要
This paper reports a flexible multiplexed biosensing patch integrated with a bioinspired microfluidic wound exudate collector for dynamic assessment of the wound's inflammatory milieu and infection status at the point-of-care. The immunosensors platform was functionalized by integrating a MXene (Ti3C2Tx)-based antifouling nanocomposite that resists biofouling while preserving electroconductivity. As a proof of concept, we successfully demonstrated three panels profiling including interleukin-6 (linear range 0-40 ng mL(-1)), temperature (sensitivity 0.08% degrees C-1 in the physiological range of 25- 50 degrees C), and pH (sensitivity of -60 mV pH(-1) in the wound relevant pH range of 3-9) in human serum.
