摘要
Currently, the adequate pedagogical management by the teacher becomes a method to achieve learning and the acquisition of the necessary skills in students. In this sense, an investigation is proposed to determine the role of the teacher in the graduation process of the students of the law career at Uniandes Babahoyo, through both qualitative and quantitative tools, including the application of two questionnaires to teachers and students. The results obtained indicate that the role played by the teacher in the training of students has a positive effect on the graduation process, evidenced in the results of the students, as well as in their levels of motivation and satisfaction. It is essential to offer young people prepared, trained and with the skills required to practice their profession and provide a better service to society. Therefore, it is vital for educational centers to work on teacher training and preparation, as well as on promoting the use of teaching materials and resources.
