摘要
The surface of rutile nano-TiO2 was modified by fluorosilane coupling agent. The modified rutile nano-TiO2 and PTFE were used as composite fillers and combined with FEVE to prepare a nanocomposite fluorocarbon coating material with anti-pollution flashover performance. The self-cleaning property, anti-ultraviolet aging property, physiochemical properties and electrical insulation of the modified TiO2 fluorocarbon antipollution flashover coating were studied. The results show that the optimum addition amount of modified nano-TiO2 is 3%, the adhesion of the coating reaches grade 0, the maximum static contact angle is 123 degrees, and the volume resistivity is basically unchanged. Then the modified TiO2 and PTFE composite, prepared a volume resistivity of 2.5 x 10(10) Omega center dot m fluorocarbon anti-pollution flashover coating, with excellent anti-pollution flashover performance.
