摘要
The effect of temperature on corrosion fatigue behavior of actual Alloy 690TT steam generator (SG) tubes in water environments was studied. Results demonstrated that temperature had significant influence on the for-mation and initiation mechanism of persistent slip bands (PSBs), as well as the crack propagation mode and mechanism, in water environment. With the increase of temperature, the corrosion fatigue life of SG tube decreased, more fatigue cracks initiated along the PSBs, and the synergistic effect of slip dissolution and local plasticity accelerated fatigue crack propagation. Then, the evaluation model of temperature on corrosion fatigue life was established.
