摘要
The main objective of the research project is the development of a prototype of an automated voice-controlled system through which the main functions of a home will be controlled, this will be achieved through new technologies that have been developed in recent years. and have been very well received in society. The prototype is based on the automation and control research line, it focuses on the research problem, having as a scientific problem How to improve the control of basic service devices within the homes of people with mobile and visual disabilities in the whole? El Garrochal housing project in the city of Quito? The data collection was based on a qualitative-quantitative investigation with which information was collected based on the interview with the president of the El Garrochal complex in the city of Quito, as well as the surveys carried out with the owners of the houses in this complex. The proposal is based on the development with parameters of the Stage-Gate development methodology, which is made up of phases that make up discovery, scope, business case, development, testing, validation and launch.
