摘要
The present research has as objective to propose a methodological strategy aimed at teachers who work at the Octavio Garcia Pedagogical School from Cienfuegos province, in the specialty of Primary Teacher. It has an interactive character that allows them to develop investigative skills in students, with the use of the methodological teaching work of the pedagogical groups, directed by directors and heads of subjects. The diagnosis made it possible to assess the current state of the preparation of teachers in the development of investigative skills in students, where it was identified that there are potentialities in the curriculum as well as the presence of the investigative function in the governing documents. However, teachers are unaware of the investigative skills to be developed in students and how to do it from the different forms of organization of the teaching-learning process. The methodological strategy for the preparation of teachers in the development of investigative skills in students of the Primary Teacher specialty is based on the incorporation of a coherent mode of action for the development of these investigative skills. From all subjects, through the necessary combination of the cognitive and the affective and the interactivity between the members, where self-assessment, co-assessment and the interdisciplinary approach are enhanced. The methodological strategy proves its effectiveness in the results achieved higher than the initial state in which the teachers were found, due to the frequency and systematicity with which the actions were executed and the unity of the methodological work of the pedagogical groups.
