EDUCATIONAL MANAGER COMPETENCES IN TEACHER'S PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT IN PRIMARY SCHOOL

摘要
The present research aims to determine the educational manager competences in teacher's pedagogical practice development with specific objectives to diagnose specific and working skills types educational managers have in national schools. The methodology applied is field-descriptive type following the positivist paradigm with a non experimental and transversal design. A group formed of principals, principal assistants and teachers of primary schools pertaining to Jesus Enrique Lossada Municipality, La Conception County in Zulia state formed the target population. A validated oriented questionnaire for collecting data was applied. It was made using Alfa Coefficient resulting highly reliable with a value of 98. Results show that educational managers have necessary skills in order to develop teaching practice as well as it confirms curriculum, human factor and instructional resources as conditioning elements of teaching practice.
