A survey of data on contagion and deaths was carried out for a period of 13 months in the city of Taubate (SP) and the most lethal neighborhood was identified, with values above the Brazilian average. After the restrictions of the neighborhood, there were excessive elevation conditions, with lifting devices in all the built details and edicules, warnings and measures in all the built details in the structures that present deficiencies in the protection and excessive lifting measures in the protection conditions.
