摘要
Four new phenolic glycosides lepidiumosides A-D (1-4) were isolated from the water extract of the seeds of Lepidium apetalum Willd. Their structures were determined by extensive spectroscopic (UV, IR, HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR) analyses. In addition, these compounds were evaluated for their protective effects impaired by H2O2 in H9c2 cells, suggesting that compounds 1-4 exhibited protective effects against H2O2-induced cardiotoxicity.
