摘要
A new benzofuran-type neolignan (1), two new phenylpropanoids (2 - 3), and one new C-21 steroid (4) were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the roots of Dolomiaea souliei by chromatographic methods, including silica gel, ODS column chromatography, MPLC, and semi-preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified as dolosougenin A (1), (S)-3-isopropylpentyl (E)-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) acrylate (2), (S)-3-isopropylpentyl (Z)-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) acrylate (3) and dolosoucin A (4) through various spectroscopic techniques including 1D NMR, 2D NMR, IR, UV, HR ESI MS, ORD, and computational ORD methods.
