摘要
Brazil is a global highlight in the orange juice's industry, with a strong presence in the international market, which requires a more sustainable performance. This study sought to understand and evaluate the impacts of ESG practices on the sustainable development of the largest companies in the sector in the country. The methodology used was qualitative, bibliographical, descriptive and documental. Regarding the incorporation of the ESG model by the organizations studied, we found that they are in different stages, ranging from adherence to the UN Global Compact and actions at ESG pillars, to cases in which ESG is not mentioned.
