摘要
The cyclopropane group is widely present as an important motif in pharmaceuticals and natural products. Herein, we report a cyclopropanation strategy by inexpensive and readily available aryl/heteroaryl fluorosulfonates. The strategy displays wide functional group compatibility and furnishes the corresponding cyclopropane products in excellent yields. The power of this new platform is showcased through one-pot and gram-scale experiments. This is reinforced by its application in late-stage functionalization.
