摘要
Service quality of a sports organisation is a multidimensional concept and an important element of the sports product. The purpose of this study was to research spectators' perception about the facilities of a stadium served during a football game. It investigated any differentiation on demographic characteristics and other attending characteristics of spectators about quality, value, satisfaction and behavioural intentions. It was under investigation how a football stadium can help to develop tourism in the area. The methodology chosen was quantitative research. The results provided support of spectators' perception of the service quality model used.
