摘要
The purpose of this article is to analyze the possible contributions of the adoption of DevOps practices in an Information Technology company. The work is qualitative exploratory, using as a strategy the case study carried out in a leading company in the market of solutions to support the management of customer experience. The results indicated a reduction in the average time of implantation, the average time spent with rework and the average number of errors in the production environment. With the completion of the study, IT companies are expected to increase the quality of software delivered in the production environment and to gain the greatest engagement among development and operations teams.
