摘要
Key Points Along with the implementation of protection devices and procedural techniques, optimizing fluoroscopic protocols is a crucial step to reduce radiation dose to cath-lab operators According to this retrospective study, using an ultra-low dose fluoroscopy protocol (3.75 frames per second) is a simple, effective, and safe way to reduce radiation exposure during chronic total occlusion-percutaneous coronary intervention Low dose fluoroscopy protocols should be implemented in clinical practice as long as image quality and procedural success rate are not affected
