摘要
Based on the materials of the All-Russian sociological survey conducted in May 2022, changes in the situation of citizens after the introduction of external sanctions are analyzed. Almost half of Russians faced problems at work, there is a massive decline in incomes of the population, two-thirds were forced to change their lifestyle. Despite the general increase in anxiety, the majority of Russians are focused on the implementation of new life strategies and actively plan their future: get an education, go into business, change jobs. There is a relationship between the change in the social wellbeing of the population and such a factor as the destruction of the usual way of life. Difficulties with work, the disappearance of familiar goods have a much lesser effect on the growth of anxiety among social groups in Russian society than the need to reduce spending and change lifestyles
