摘要
Hydrofunctionalization of alkenes represents a fundamentalstrategyin synthetic organic chemistry. Herein, we describe a visible-light-promotedapproach for the anti-Markovnikov hydrooxygenation of unactivatedalkenes. Our protocol features the utilization of a cost-effective,bench-stable, and easy-to-handle oxime ester as the reagent, enabledby energy-transfer catalysis. This methodology exhibits excellentfunctional group tolerance and mild reaction conditions, renderingit suitable for the hydroesterification of pharmaceutically relevantmolecule-derived alkenes.
