摘要
Arastirmada, bumerang calisan olan otel isletmeleri yoneticilerinin bumerang calisan olma nedenleri ve surecleri arastirilmistir. Bumerang calisnlar, calistigi isletmeden ayrildiktan sonra baska isletmelerde calisan ancak daha sonra eski isletmesine geri donen calisanlardir. Isletmeler acisindan orgut kulturunu, isi ekibi ve cevreyi tanimasi bakimindan oldukca avantajlidirlar. calistiklari isletmeleri terk edip, tekrar kabul edilebilen ve kisa sureli donusler yapabilen bu calisanlar calisma hayatinda daha fazla deneyim kazanma ve cesitli isletmelerde calisma sansina sahip olmaktadir Arastirmada bumerang calisan kavrami kesfedici bir balkis acisiyla ortaya koyulmak istendiginden nitel yontem kullanilmistir. Turizm sektorunde yonetici olan sekiz kisi ile derinlemesine mulakatlar yapilmistir. Isten ayrilma ve geri donus nedenlerinin yaninda bumerang olma deneyimleri arastirilmistir. Yoneticilerden uc tanesinin kariyer odakli bumerang, bes tanesinin ise klasik bumerang oldugu tespit edilmistir. .
