摘要
Oxidation experiments of a Ti-47.5Al-2.5V-1.0Cr-0.2Zr alloy were carried out at 950, 1000 and 1050 degrees C. The alloy's oxidation kinetics curve, oxidation products, oxide film structure and oxidation mechanism at different oxidation temperatures and times were studied systematically. The oxide film has an obvious multilayer structure. Oxygen diffuses into the matrix alloy, and two oxides (TiO2 and Al2O3) grow alternately in layers to produce multilayer structures. As the oxidation process continues, oxygen atoms continue to diffuse in the matrix, there are holes and cracks in the oxide film, and the oxidation resistance of the oxide film is weakened.
