摘要：
30 years after China’s reform and opening-up policy, the Yangtze River Delta has become one of the most prosperous regions in China. In this process, great contributions made by small and medium sized enterprises can not be ignored. In this issue, China’s For- eign Trade switched an interview with Mr. Peterson Zhou Lu (Chief. Bobadara of Ijede, Lagos), chairman of board of CD International Group Ltd in Shanghai. As a small and medium sized enterprise leader, Chief.Lu shared his views with us in detail.
