在三氟乙酸催化下，由４′去甲基表鬼臼毒素１０和５烷基４氨基３巯基１，２，４三唑９（ａｇ）合成了７个目标化合物１１（ａｇ），并对它们进行了ＨＬ６０、Ｋ５６２细胞株体外活性试验，结果表明：１１（ａｇ）对Ｋ５６２细胞株显示出较强的活性。
