Effects of sex hormones on apoptosis in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

摘要
目的 研究脱氢表雄酮 (DHEA)和 (或 )雌二醇 (E2 )对系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)患者外周血单一核细胞 (PBMC)凋亡的影响及意义。方法 应用吖啶橙 (AO)染色法检测SLE患者、健康献血员PBMC与生理、病理浓度的DHEA和 (或 )E2 培养 4 8h的凋亡百分率。结果 SLE患者PBMC凋亡率高于健康献血员 (P <0 0 1)。不论生理或者病理浓度的E2 对SLE患者、健康献血员PBMC凋亡无影响 (P >0 0 5)。生理浓度的DHEA及DHEA +E2 对健康献血员的PBMC凋亡无影响 (P >0 0 5) ,但可显著抑制SLE患者PBMC凋亡 (P <0 0 5) ;病理浓度的DHEA及DHEA +E2 可显著促进SLE患者、健康献血员的PBMC凋亡 (P <0 0 5)。DHEA及DHEA +E2 对PBMC凋亡的影响 ,两者间无显著差异 (P <0 0 5)。结论 DHEA对SLE患者PBMC凋亡起重要作用 ;DHEA浓度降低可能导致凋亡加快
