摘要
Different plants vary in their resistance to SO. Wu et al. stated that the susceptibility of plants to SOis related to the pH of their leaf sap: plants with lower pH values are more susceptible, while those with pH values around 7 are resistant. Therefore, the pH of leaf sap may serve as a physiological index in assessing the resistance of plants to SOindirectly but quickly. Later there were some studies on this problem
