摘要
淀粉与添加剂的混合物经挤出改性后可制得热塑性淀粉.研究了热塑性淀粉材料的生物降解性、流变特性和力学性能.结果表明:丙三醇和尿素均可降低材料的抗张强度,提高断裂身长率.因为前者起增塑剂的作用,而后者可破坏大分子间的作用力.热塑性淀粉融体在低剪切速率下表现为假塑性流体的特征.热塑性淀粉的生物降解程度略高于原淀粉.经挤出塑化后,淀粉的分子量呈下降的趋势.
