摘要
A phytochemical study of the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus led to the discovery of five naphthalene derivatives (1-5) and two diarylheptanoids (6-7), among which compounds 1 and 6 are new natural products. The structural elucidation of these new compounds was achieved through an in-depth examination of spectroscopic data, including NMR, MS, and IR. Their absolute configurations were established using electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculation and dimolybdenum tetraacetate-induced circular dichroism CD (ICD) experiments. Notably, compound 7 exhibited inhibitory activity against alpha-glucosidase, demonstrating an IC50 value of 14.5 +/- 3.3 mu M.
